Founding of INEAX

Petrolimex Vietnam: Terminal Automation System (HCM City)

INEAX provides consultation, design, engineering, assembly and commissioning in their first export to Vietnam. Together with our local partner in Vietnam ESACO, we deliver our first fully in-house designed Terminal Automation System for Petrolimex at Ho Chi Minh City.
INEAX’s Petronas Venture

INEAX officially establishes itself as a Petronas vendor in Malaysia, paving its way to many success stories with Petronas.
Offshore PMS Upgrade (Brunei Shell AMPA 9)

INEAX works with Brunei Shell Petroleum to implement a Power Management Solution for their AMPA 9 platform. The PMS system works with existing Generator sets and Electrical system, and successfully provides power management functions such as load shedding etc for the platform.
Overhead Compressor Control System (GPP)

INEAX works with Petronas Gas Processing Plant engineers to upgrade their obsolete Overhead Compressor System from a conventional hard wired system to a PLC based automated system.
Tamco: Switchgear Intelligence – IMCS (PDO, Oman)

INEAX’s first exports of its own designed IMCS solution – a complement to TAMCO’s Elec Switchgear in furnishing a fully compliant Intelligent Motor Control System for Petroleum Development Oman PDO in Kauther, Oman.
Offshore Wellhead SIL 2 Controls System (BMA, BLB & SYA)

INEAX supplies a SIL 2 Control System to facilitate remote monitoring and control of three independent remote well heads for CTOC’s wellheads at BMA, BLB and SYA facilities.
AGRU Controls Upgrade (GPP)

INEAX works as a single point contact for both Instrumentation and Controls upgrade for Acid Gas Removal Unit (AGRU) for Petronas Gas Processing Plant A.
Offshore Compressor E&I Upgrade (Bokor & Tukau)

INEAX succeeds in completing a challenging offshore platform E&I upgrade for Petronas Carigali, in upgrading their obsolete Instrumentation and pneumatic control system to new instrumentation with PLC controls.
Jetty Loading Arm Safety Controls (MTBE)

The first SIL 2 automation upgrade for obsolete SIL 2 Jetty Control System is performed by INEAX for Petronas facility at MTBE.
Offshore Compressor Controls Migration (Erb West)

INEAX’s award winning Compressor upgrade project is completed in record time for Petronas. INEAX has been involved from every stage of the project – from inception and study of existing old controls to final commissioning, for Nuovo Pignone Compressor on Erb West platform.
Offshore IMCS (TBCP-A)

INEAX facilitates in design and supply of a large scale IMCS solution integrated with its partners’ LVS/Gear for Petronas’ Tangga Barat Cluster Development.
Offshore PMS (KNPG-B)

Pioneering a completely locally designed Power Management System within an IMCS solutions for Petronas’ Kinabalu NAG Project, this project involves a close collaboration with a renowned US based Turbine company. This is also a testimony and acceptance of INEAX’s world class engineering quality.
Industrial Park SCADA (Kota Kinabalu, Sabah)

INEAX complemented one of our HV S/Gear partners in providing and upgrading a SCADA system for a large industrial substation – 6.6kV, 3.3kV 11kV Electrical SCADA System.
Offshore IMCS Migration (Angsi)

After a decade in service, the first IMCS developed by INEAX team back in 2000 is upgraded by INEAX at the largest Top Side and Drilling platforms in Malaysia – ANGSI ANPG & ANDRA. The upgrade was performed in a tight window successfully.
SGL: Electrode & Cathode Plant

Working closely with plant engineers and contractors, INEAX helps to implement, enhance and improve all aspects of SGL plant automation in this fully integrated, central graphite electrode and cathode manufacturing plant; a plant that is known to be “the most state-of-the-art and most efficient manufacturing plant in the graphite industry”.
Tullow: Multi-Year PLC Maintenance (Bangladesh)

INEAX has a long working history with Tullow Bangladesh operation. Tullow Bangladesh entrusts INEAX with a 3-year PLC maintenance contract. INEAX continues to excel in bringing world class maintenance expertise to our customers beyond Malaysia.
Offshore IMCS Upgrade (Resak)

One of the most complex intelligent switchgear and MCC upgrades is successfully implemented after months of careful planning by INEAX and Petronas team. IMCS@INEAX is well suited to provide unsurpassed flexibility and openness to interface with new upgraded and installed protection relays with multiple protocols, totaling close to 100 units, in an extreme tight shutdown window at the platform.
